After a single intramuscular injection of the drug, gonadorelin is rapidly absorbed from the injection site and reaches its maximum concentration in the blood serum within 15 minutes. The bioavailability of gonadorelin is about 89%. The highest concentration of the hormone was found in the liver, kidneys and lungs. Within 8–24 hours, gonadorelin binds to blood proteins up to 73%.
