Indications:

CYFLONE is used to protect cattle from flies, horseflies, lice and other insects; for  prevention of hypodermatosis, thelaziosis and infectious diseases of cattle, which are carried by blood-sucking insects.

Composition of the insecticide:

1 ml of the insecticide contains 10 mg of cyfluthrin as an active substance.

Biological activity:

The active substance of CYFLONE is cyfluthrin which is synthetic pyrethroid. The mechanism of insecticidal action is to block the transmission of nerve impulses, which causes impaired coordination of movements, paralysis and death of insects.

After application to the skin, CYFLONE spreads over the surface of the body and is slightly resorbed by the skin, which provides its long-term insecticidal and repellent action. At recommended dose, it does not have a resorptive-toxic, embryotoxic, teratogenic, mutagenic, immunotoxic and locally irritating effect on the skin.

Usage:

The insecticide is applied to the back skin along the spinal column from the withers to the sacrum at a dose of 100 mg of cyfluthrin per 1 animal, which corresponds to 10 ml of the insecticide per 1 animal. If animal weight is less than 300 kg, the insecticide shall be applied at the rate of 1 ml per 50 kg of animal body weight.

Animals shall be treated during the pasture period once in 4-6 weeks depending on the number of insects.
